I was reminded this morning just why it is music AND dance became such an integral part of my life, long, long ago. The movie FLASHDANCE, Jennifer Gray, and Irene Cara's song OH WHAT A FEELING all replayed in my mind this morning as this song played sweetly on my radio.
I may not be given the opportunity (or the athleticism! :) ) to dance PHYSICALLY on a daily basis, but I have loved the WORD dance since I can remember. Maybe since this movie left such an incredible impression and imprint on my heart & soul.
To dance is to have passion.

My favorite word is dance. Dance represents how I strive to live..to a beat that allows my body and soul to release in rhythm. I am over 50 now. Dance with me ... while there is still time!
