A Midsummer's Night
My favorite Yankee Candle Scent
I find the scent reminds me of "man"
So I light mine, as often as I can! :)
I'm hoping tonight
That you will light yours
As I light mine
And together, we can celebrate your birthday shine! :)
Imagine a table
Between us sits
This candle does burn
As we converse in turn ...
My eyes find yours
Melting into your brown
Such sparkle there
As our souls do bare
and
As conversation flows
The candlelight brightens
Laughter reigns
Diminishing all of the world's strains
There are many possibilities
To ending this poem ...
Just know that, tonight
I wish with all my might
That I was beside you, to help you light
Maybe, sweetheart, this light, will help you find your way to me ...

My favorite word is dance. Dance represents how I strive to live..to a beat that allows my body and soul to release in rhythm. I am over 50 now. Dance with me ... while there is still time!
